Healthy skin starts on the inside which is why it’s helpful to understand which foods and supplements to take regularly. Let’s face it, our eating habits aren’t always the best, especially living our modern and busy lifestyles. We have to fuel our bodies and skin with the necessary supplements and nutrients in addition to striving to eat healthy to fill in the gaps.

Protein - a building block of collagen, protein supplies the body with amino acids which is the base of our skin, hair and nails. We love sources with omega fatty acids such as salmon and chia seeds.
