Scalp Scar Revision
Through scalp micropigmentation (SMP), we can artfully disguise all kinds of scalp scars from linear and FUE hair transplant scars to accident/surgical scars.
Where needed (when the scar is bumpy, raised or uneven), we can use microneedling to help scars lay flatter so that the final result will be even more undetectable.
We can help greatly improve the appearance of scars elsewhere on the body and face as well – from acne scarring to surgical scars on all parts of the body. Scar camouflage will typically require 2-3 short treatment visits. Scars can be unpredictable and after the first treatment, we will wait a few weeks to assess how the pigment behaves in your particular scar tissue.
The scar may reject pigment in more dense areas after the first treatment, which will dictate the course of treatment necessary on the subsequent visit(s) to ensure the desired result is achieved.
